Return Policy

This return information only applies to products purchased directly from https://amazingizmo.com
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase
Full refund (less shipping fee, if applicable) will be issued for the item returned in brand new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Original order shipping charges are non-refundable for correctly shipped items.
For an unused item with original packaging being opened, the full refund less the restocking fee of 15% of the original item value (or 5 USD, whichever is greater) will be issued.

How the returns are processed

Before shipping us the item, please contact us via support email or through our Contact form to obtain Web Return ID number. Please provide your original order ID number as appears in your Order Receipt email you received from amazingizmo.com when your original order has been placed.
If you don’t know your original Order ID number, you may reach us out with your details (full name, postal address to which the product has been shipped upon the Order, your contact email as has been entered upon Order and approximate date when the original order has been placed).
Following next up to 2 business days you will receive an email from amazingizmo.com with your Web Return ID and further instructions to ship the item over to us. The email will be sent to the address that has been registered upon your original order.
Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is being received by us. Please bear we cannot be responsible for the return until it is received by us, you may want to consider using shipping method that allows online tracking and insurance (if desirable).

Warranty returns

If you believe your return fall under Warranty policy, please reach us to our support email or through Contact Us form (under Support menu). Please provide your proof of purchase (can be original Order ID found in the Order Receipt email, or your full details (as elaborated above in the How returns are processed section)
If we determine that the item needs to be repaired or replaced, we will contact you back with and RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with further instructions to have your AmazinGizmo product shipped back to us for Warranty treatment.
Please note – no warranty claim can be processed without first obtaining an RMA number
